PUBLICATION OF NOTICE Rule 16, Ohio Rules of Juvenile Procedure Wendy Marshall, mother of G.M., will take notice that a complaint has been filed in the Wood County, Ohio, Juvenile Court, case number 2025 JB 0710, alleging that said child is neglected. This complaint is set for hearing on January 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Wood County Juvenile Court, 1032 South Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. Wendy Marshall, last known address: 1870 Sommerton Place, Virginia Beach, VA 23464, is ordered to appear before the Wood County Juvenile Court on said date and show cause why the complaint’s prayer should not be granted. You are hereby notified that any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request.
